Syntra Trade AI provides trading journal, analytics, market intelligence, and AI coaching tools for traders.

Syntra is an analysis and education tool. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide brokerage services.

All content, AI analysis, signals, and insights are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices may change with prior notice. Trial periods, when offered, convert to paid plans only with your explicit action.

Syntra and its content, design, and software are our intellectual property. Your trading data remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntra is not liable for trading losses, data provider outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
